SCTB Nord, recently aquired by Ferrotec, developed the TMC series modules to cope with the ever increasing demands of cycling applications such as DNA amplification and microprocessor burn in.
TMC-series of modules (Thermoelectric Module for Cyclers) has been developed for special applications connected with cycling operations of modules in burn-in test equipment (CPUs quality control), DNA-amplificators and other thermocyclers. TMC-series is the sequel to M-series and has technological features that provide additional advances in cycling reliability.
The data for cycling reliability of this module type is presented in the Table bellow.
