Thermoelectric coolers from FerroTec use the Peltier effect to pump heat from one side to the other, actively and accurately. This allows cooling to temperatures as low as -80ºC or heating to 200ºC
Higher power, smaller components generate more and more heat. If standard heat sinks won’t work any more, other methods of cooling like heat pipes and heat pipe heat sink combinations can provide the solution.
